With these commitments taken to heart, we present this Customers Bill of Rights.
You have the absolute right to:
- A full refund if you are dissatisfied and return our palms to us within five days of your receipt of them. So long as your personnel have done no physical damage to them and your check has cleared our bank we will issue a full refund immediately with no questions asked.
- Receive good value for the money you invest in our palms and services.
- Be treated with respect & dignity each time you come into contact with this company.
- Receive prompt replies to your questions, experience professionally planned operations and have access to field proven solutions.
- Have your costs at least partially covered when we make a mistake that costs you money.
