Our Warranties
Did you know that Groundworks offers a limited warranty to contractors who buy our palms at wholesale or that this warranty covers odd occurrences such as lightening strikes? It's true! Each time you order Medjool or Zahidi dates from Groundworks, you have the option of buying a no nonsense limited warranty that protects you from loss while the palms establish on site. This warranty contains a few limitations but the bottom line is that if you choose to buy our wholesale limited warranty, we will provide you with no charge replacements if the Medjools or Zahidis we sell to you do not root out on site. The warranty period is for up to two years and should you need to exercise it, you won’t hear us looking for reasons why the loss is your fault. All we need to know is that they didn’t root out and we will authorize no charge replacements. Its simple, its stress free and it’s just the way we do business.
