We provide you with a copy of the limited warranty associated to the type of purchase you are seeking to make for your review
When requested to do so and where time allows, we will email you photos of the exact palms we have selected for your order.
We can also email photos of the palms you have selected directly to your customer with your logo on the pictures at a small charge.

With every Medjool or Zahidi purchase we provide you with a notarized certificate of variety that assures your client and the Landscape Architect that we are delivering the exact sub variety of Phoenix Dactylifera that you ordered. Our certificate states in botanical terms the genus, species and sub variety. It is signed and notarized by us and then delivered to you along with your limited warranty and invoice.

Need your new palms delivered to the site? No Problem! Groundworks can arrange delivery to any location in the United States but we suggest that you avoid using our palms in regions where winter snowfall is the norm! Over the years we have developed relationships with many local and long distance trucking companies and also operate a fleet of company owned tractor trailers.

We offer the lowest rates obtainable at the time the order is placed and regularly spend time shopping to save you freight dollars. Let our transportation personnel know where you need the palms and Groundworks will get them there.

Installation Services:

Team Groundworks developed and employs state of the art Specimen Palm installation techniques. When you contract with Groundworks to install your new palms what you will experience will be conscientious professionalism. Our pre installation site inspections come at no additional charge and allow us to plan the installation around your particular site and soil conditions. Our installation teams consist of sensitive, experienced professionals who will properly prepare your site and then execute your installation safely and in accordance with our proven practices.

At the end of the day, our efforts are justified by the long-term performance and value that our professionalism creates for our clients. Along with your installation you will get a written one year limited warranty that protects you should the palm fail to root out on site.

Warranties:

Did you know that our wholesale limited warranty even includes some coverage for lightening strikes? It's true!

When you buy Medjools or Zahidis at wholesale from Groundworks, until they begin rooting out on site we stand next to you in the event you need to do a replacement. We will either sell you a discounted replacement or, if you chose the additional cost limited warranty coverage when you bought the palm, we will hand you one at no additional charge. Groundworks offers limited warranties on most everything we sell and encourage you to review your options prior to completing a transaction with us.

Maintenance Services:

Our Specific Care maintenance service offerings are designed to promote the health and longevity of your palms. We only accept annual maintenance on site with ten palms or more but we offer our super special MagicTouch Rejuvenation service on any quantity. Our protocols were designed in house and are the product of years of experience installing and caring for Heavy Specimen Date Palms.
